The hotel had a beautiful location near the lake and plenty of trees to enjoy the natural habitats. the breakfast had a lot of choices and there were good amenities available.
Our unfortunate experience stayed for four nights during New Year's. It was a total waste of money!

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel and all our exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled. the private facilities were outstanding, and the room advantages were simply amazing. the restaurant offered delicious halal and kosher food, while the bar/lounge area was elegant with a beautiful outdoor dining area. the outdoor swimming pool was ideal for a relaxing swim, and the location advantages were outstanding.
Although the staff was very polite and helpful, there were a few delays in responding to our requests.

the staff was helpful, giving us tips on what to check out in the surrounding area. We enjoyed a delicious meal in an air-conditioned restaurant, surrounded by a lush and well-maintained garden. Our room was spacious and clean, with great facilities including a beautiful swimming pool.
The service at the restaurant was slow at times, impacting our dining experience.

The rooms at Amaya Signature were extremely comfortable with a huge bathroom. The staff were friendly and fixed any issues we had promptly. The buffet was fantastic and the hotel had a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed the buggy service. it was a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
Felt very lucky to have found such a great hotel with no complaints.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the two restaurants available and the nice pool to relax in. the location near the lake was also a key factor in choosing this hotel. Another advantage was the spacious room with a lovely sitting area to enjoy some downtime.
The lack of attention from the management towards guests' requests. When we raised a complaint, it was ignored and we were not offered any discount.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The environment was beautiful, with a stunning garden and a peaceful atmosphere right by the lake. The staff was very kind and helpful, always willing to share advice on the surrounding area. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of facilities such as free wifi and on-demand movies. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely al fresco setting.
